Project Management - Fire Services Installations & Upgrades
We have a strong track record in the Project Management of fire safety upgrades and the installation of new fire services
These project management services include:
- preparing specifications and project budgets,
- conducting tenders for the project works,
- reviewing and reporting on tender responses, with recommendations,
- appointing successful contractor(s) under appropriate contracts and insurances,
- conducting progress inspections of project works, and instructing contractors on corrective actions as required,
- reviewing and approving contractor progress claims,
- providing progress reports to the Client and others,
- witnessing commissioning tests,
- collecting and compiling “As Installed” drawings, operating and service manuals and final certification,
- preparing and issuing Fire Safety Certificates, for lodgement with Council and Fire & Rescue NSW, and
- arranging ongoing maintenance of new/upgraded fire services, and
- preparing and issuing Annual Fire Safety Certification.
