Project Management - Fire Services Installations & Upgrades

We have a strong track record in the Project Management of fire safety upgrades and the installation of new fire services

These project management services include:

  • preparing specifications and project budgets,
  • conducting tenders for the project works,
  • reviewing and reporting on tender responses, with recommendations,
  • appointing successful contractor(s) under appropriate contracts and insurances,
  • conducting progress inspections of project works, and instructing contractors on corrective actions as required,
  • reviewing and approving contractor progress claims,
  • providing progress reports to the Client and others,
  • witnessing commissioning tests,
  • collecting and compiling “As Installed” drawings, operating and service manuals and final certification,
  • preparing and issuing Fire Safety Certificates, for lodgement with Council and Fire & Rescue NSW, and
  • arranging ongoing maintenance of new/upgraded fire services, and
  • preparing and issuing Annual Fire Safety Certification.
